Magazines
Until fairly recently, it was difficult to recommend a horse magazine. Most of the popular ones are filled with training advice that is pretty poor, incomplete, or in support of “modern dressage”. Luckily, a few alternatives have surfaced.
Horses For Life This on-line magazine features classical trainers. It’s focus is primarily dressage. Since it is on-line, video clips often accompany articles. A subscription allows you to search and view back issues.
Eclectic Horseman The following description is taken directly from their website, "We are first and foremost a horse training magazine here to provide a cross-disciplined approach to horsemanship for students of all experience levels; just what works!"
